eggs in a whisky glass

Most people will know what a soft boiled egg is... but to a Schwartz child, we used the term "egg in a whisky glass"! Our mother used to make the best soft boiled eggs... and we used whisky glasses to "hold" the egg upright so that we could dip our strips of toast in the nice, goey yolk.

I made this treat for the first time for the trio last week.. and although skeptical, they did seem to enjoy it and even wanted seconds!
