While driving in the car yesterday (yes, a good deal of our conversations happen in the car) the trio were taking a vote as to where they wanted to go out to eat on our "date night" for tonight. Gabby decided it was time to call in the vote... She and Mateo voted for McDonalds... and Mary voted for Red Robbin. When she realized that it was 2 to 1, she immediately stuck her other hand up and said, "it's a tie!" Thus ensued an argument between Mary and Gabby as to whether or not Mary's second hand up counted as two votes. Gabby insisted that since Mary was only one person, she couldn't use both hands...
As it turns out, Mommy and Daddy won the vote with dinner at Panini's... (it was kids eat free!)
