life exposed
Our dear friend (and favorite nanny) miss lindsey from NC came to visit and help out with the kids last week. She is a woman of many talents - one being an up&coming photographer.
For those that are friends on facebook, you've gotten a chance to see her work. Anyone else - please feel free to click the link below to see her shots of abby. She also took some of the trips and I expect she'll post those soon.

Gabby: Mom...where did Abigail Haleya come from?
Mom: my belly
Gabby: how?
Mom: the doctor took her out
Gabby: how?
Mom: well...he just took her out...
Gabby: (thinking)....but where was the door that she came out from?

and then there were six
It isn't bad enough that I make my own spectacle when I unload the van with four kids...but when going out to eat with Hilary and my Dad and sister Cas.... and asking for 6 high chairs with FOUR adults...well, you can say we have our own circus!!! (And also occupy 1/2 the restaurant.) At least I can say it was a successful outing...and everyone ate well and were well behaved!

let's go cavs!
We are fortunate enough to have gone in with a few people on Cav's season tickets.... and at some point decided it was a GOOD IDEA to take a child, one at a time, to a game. They loved it!!! (And behaved well, too!) We didn't get Gab's picture... but she has also had a chance to go to a game and is the next one in line for round 2. They each like different things about the game.... Gabby likes the fire at the beginning, but thinks it is too loud. Mary doesn't like the fire....but enjoys the mascot moon dog.... and Mateo doesn't like how dark it gets, but enjoys the ball players and music. But they would ALL agree that the chips & dip (i.e. nacho's) are the best part of all!

2mph bowling
Over the Christmas holiday, the Robertson cousin's helped us out for a round of bowling. At 2 miles per hour, we spent a bit of time at the lanes.... and don't ask me how all 6 ended up with the same range of scores! Either my trio are bowling prodigies...or the Robertson girls were nice enough to "throw" a couple of frames!
